Product Description

Product Overview

Thank you for purchasing the TEERBO portable tire inflator air compressor. This air compressor is compatible with both a 20V battery pack and a 12V DC power source. It comes with various attachments for different scenarios, allowing inflation not only for regular tires but also for small inflatable objects. The compressor features an automatic stop function, which halts operation when the desired tire pressure is reached.

To achieve optimal performance and safety, please read and adhere to all instructions before operating the device. Keep this manual for future reference. We hope you enjoy your new air compressor!

Important Safety Precautions
  1. Read the instruction manual carefully before use. Incorrect use may damage the product.
  2. Pay attention to electrical safety when using the device.
  3. Recharge the battery immediately when power is low. To maintain optimal battery health, recharge it if it has been unused for over a month or after every 5 uses. The built-in LED indicators allow you to easily check the remaining battery capacity.
  4. It takes 5 hours to fully charge the battery.
  5. Check the preset pressure value before use. The preset pressure value should match the object to be inflated.
  6. Do not use this product in the rain or near any liquid.
  7. Keep out of the reach of children. If children are nearby, ensure they are properly supervised.
  8. Keep the equipment away from fire sources, corrosive gases, liquids, and strong magnetic fields.
  9. Do not aim the nozzle at people or any part of the human body.
  10. Contains small accessories — be careful not to let children touch them. There is a risk of suffocation for children.
  11. This device can only be powered by DC 12V and 20V battery packs.
  12. Suitable for inflating SUVs, cars, motorcycles, bicycles, decorative balloons, and other inflatables.
  13. Avoid over-inflating tires to prevent potential injuries from high-pressure air.
  14. Move the product using the handle only; do not drag it by pulling the power cord or hose.
  15. During use, avoid touching any part of the tire inflator except the switch and handle, as it may become hot and stay warm for a while after use.
  16. Avoid long-term continuous use. The maximum time of continuous use is 20 minutes. When using it for a long time, let the tire pump rest for at least 10 minutes before using it again.

Operating Instructions
Step 1: Install Battery Pack or Connect 12V Car Power

When battery is low: Use the car power supply directly.

A: Slide the lithium battery pack into the base of the air compressor until it clicks into place.

B: Start the vehicle engine before using the tire inflator. Plug the car power adapter into the vehicle's 12V outlet, then connect the other end to the "12V" port on the inflator handle.

Step 2: Connect the Air Chuck to the Valve Stem

Connect the air chuck at the end of the hose to the tire valve stem. To ensure a secure, airtight seal, press the air chuck firmly onto the valve stem, then flip the lever down to lock it in place.

Step 3: Set the Preset Pressure

Press the POWER button to turn on the device.

Press the SET button to select your desired pressure unit (PSI, BAR, KPA, or KG/cm²). Unit conversion reference: 1 BAR = 14.5 PSI = 1.02 KG/cm² = 100 KPA.

Use the "+" or "−" buttons on the digital display to set your target pressure value.

The set value on the screen will flash 4 times and then stay solid. This indicates the target pressure has been successfully saved.

Step 4: Start Inflation

Squeeze the START/STOP trigger to begin inflating. Press it again to stop manually. The tire inflator will automatically shut off once the preset pressure is reached.

Step 5: Powering Off

There are three ways to turn off the tire inflator:

  1. Auto Shut-Off: The device will automatically power down after 3 minutes of inactivity.
  2. Manual Shut-Off: Press and hold the POWER button for 3 seconds.
  3. Disconnect Power: Remove the 20V rechargeable battery pack or unplug the 12V car power adapter.
Charging Note: Charging will still proceed with the charger's red light on, and the charger will switch to trickle charging mode (safe low-current charging). Only when the charger's light turns green again does it indicate that the battery is fully charged to 100%.
Troubleshooting
I. Air Compressor Will Not Inflate

12V DC Car Adapter Power Supply Mode:

  1. Check the accessory outlet fuse; it should be rated at 15A or higher.
  2. Ensure there is a strong connection between the power cord and the 12V socket.
  3. If the preset tire pressure is lower than the current tire pressure, increase the preset tire pressure to the manufacturer's recommended level.

20V Battery Pack Power Supply Mode:

  1. Ensure the lithium battery pack is installed in the air compressor correctly and is fully charged.
  2. Ensure the trigger button is pressed.
II. Air Compressor is Operating Abnormally
  1. The inflation nozzle is not connected properly to the tire's valve stem.
  2. Insufficient battery power resulting in a dead battery during the process and stopping work.
III. Air Leaking & Slow Inflation
  • Issue: Air leaking from the hose connection or experiencing slow inflation.
  • Cause: The air chuck is not properly or securely connected to the tire's valve stem.
  • Solution: Disconnect the air chuck and reattach it. Ensure it is pressed firmly onto the valve stem and the lever is fully locked to create an airtight seal.
IV. Overheating Protection
  • Notice: Continuous operation will cause the tire inflator to heat up. To prevent damage to the motor, do not run the device continuously for more than 10–15 minutes.
  • Action Required: If the device overheats or stops working, turn it off and let it cool down for at least 10 minutes before resuming use.
V. Display Shows "ERR" Error
  1. If the ERROR message appears, shut down the machine, restart it, and reinstall the air nozzle.
  2. If the air pump is working but the display shows 000, an unreasonable value, or the value fluctuates, shut down the machine and reinstall the air nozzle.
  3. If the machine shuts down or does not work after being turned on, check the following:
    • A: The air pressure is higher than the set value; reset the pressure.
    • B: Check the air nozzle and reinstall it.
