Unlike some manufacturers in the market that only focus on cell manufacturing or assembly, Teerbo possesses capabilities in the development and manufacturing of multiple single-cell batteries, as well as precision PACK system design and mass production. Based on a deep understanding of battery cells, we provide global industrial and specialty electronics OEM/ODM customers with integrated power solutions, from cell selection/custom development to PACK finished products and supporting quality control, for applications requiring harsh environments and high reliability. This helps customers reduce project supply chain costs and application risks.
We can independently design and manufacture multiple types of battery cells and provide corresponding customized PACK services:
- Lithium-ion chloride (Li-SOCl₂) battery : We independently produce high-energy-density, low-self-discharge lithium-ion chloride cells, and also provide cell + composite capacitor integrated PACK solutions. Operating temperature -40℃~125℃, suitable for smart water meters, gas meters, heat meters, and industrial IoT sensors, meeting the needs of outdoor and extreme temperature conditions.
- Nickel-metal hydride (Ni-MH) battery: We develop and produce industrial-grade Ni-MH cells, achieving a cycle life of 3000-5000 cycles. Our products emphasize safety and stability. Suitable for emergency lighting, personal care instruments, medical equipment, and other devices highly sensitive to thermal runaway risks.
- Lithium-ion/Lithium-polymer batteries: Covering the development and manufacturing of cylindrical and pouch cells, with matching PACK integration. Applications include handheld terminals, smart homes, and portable electronic products.
- Guaranteed Supply Chain from the Source: Direct connection to battery cell manufacturers, eliminating intermediaries. Support for customized development, transparent cost structure, and stable delivery capacity facilitate long-term project planning for clients.
- Equal Engineering and Technical Collaboration: The team possesses experience in battery cell production, PACK development, quality control, and supply chain project management. In-depth technical collaboration can begin early in the project, leveraging client needs, test data, and process solutions to collaboratively customize products, delivering power solutions that balance safety, compliance, and mass production.
